At Akshaya Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality jewellery. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of fine jewellery and for hygiene and security reasons, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns may only be considered in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, certificates, invoices, and tags must be included.
  • The product must pass our quality inspection before the exchange is approved.

Exchange approval is subject to product availability and company discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Made-to-order productsGift cards
  • Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance events
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, photographs, and an unboxing video.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification and approval.

Shipping charges, taxes, and payment gateway fees may be non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
